At INDAUX we understand quality as an organisation culture, not only as a certification. That’s why our quality policy is not only for the product but for the different procedures and company activities: administration, management, production and human resources.
In year 2000 INDAUX established a quality standard system adjusted at ISO:9001 that guarantees its compromise with the continuous improvement and quality. We also have an independent department that follows up our policy in prevention and occupational hazard and environmental care.
All the production phases, from row material reception until the product delivery is under strict control procedures. Most of the quality tests are fulfilled in our own laboratory as well as in independent laboratories as LGA (Germany), FIRA (UK), FCBA (France) or TECNALIA (Spain)
